At Venus Cow we are centred around our customers' satisfaction & committed to ethical transparent UK production of all our textiles and manufacturing processes, biodegradable and recycled packaging, fair wages & equality.
It is important to read our returns and exchanges policy before making any purchases.
We hope you love our Venus Cow products as much as we do. However if you are unhappy with your Venus Cow purchase for any reason you can return it to us, unopened and unworn in the original packaging within two weeks of purchase for a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.
Please return your new product to Venus Cow, Magna Cottage, Peatling Magna, Leicestershire LE8 5UQ with a note detailing a refund or exchange and we will process accordingly. We do not cover the cost of posting back a return. The PBL can be returned for £1.34 within the UK by posting large letter, 2nd class although we are not responsible for any items returned that we do not receive. In the case of needing to exchange an item we do cover the postage on exchanges.
We’re happy for you to try on clothing (EXCLUDING the PBL) to see if it fits, but for hygiene reasons please wear your own underwear underneath the garment. Due to the compressed nature of the fabric of The PBL and as they sculpt to your body the instant you put them on like a pair of tights, we can only accept exchanges or refunds on unopened, unworn leggings (The PBL cannot be tried on and then returned because once tried on they cannot be resold) If you have any questions regarding the correct size we are always available to help before making your purchase.
Clothing must be returned within 14 days. Please make sure items are as new, unworn and unwashed with all fabric clothing tags still attached to garments and in original packaging. As an ethical brand trying to reduce our impact on the environment we do not ship our product with paper swing tickets (because they are immediately discarded) but if you have removed/cut out the gold Venus Cow garment tags, unfortunately, we will be unable to accept the return.
Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 72 hours and refunds or credits processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original account of payment.
We ship our products worldwide 1st class with Royal Mail which is extremely reliable and keeps costs to a minimum. We endeavour to ship all orders the next business day. Expected arrival times: within the UK, 2 business days, within Europe 3-5 business days & the USA and worldwide 6-10 business days. These delivery times are estimates based upon our experience but please bear in mind they can take longer at very busy times of year.
